Air quality and environmental expert appointed to key sustainability role at BWB.
BWB Consulting has appointed Angela Goodhand as its new head of air quality, giving a timely boost to the firm’s sustainability capability and credentials.
Goodhand brings more than 15 years of experience in air quality and environmental impact assessment, leading and delivering projects across the public and private sectors. Her expertise spans large-scale infrastructure schemes, industrial developments, residential and mixed-use projects and environmental permitting.
She has worked on a number of high-profile projects providing specialist insight into emissions modelling, odour and dust assessments and environmental impact reporting, such as High Speed 2, Crossrail, King’s Lynn EfW and Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK.
Goodhand is a chartered scientist and an active member of the Institute of Air Quality Management and the Institution of Environmental Management and Assessment. She has extensive experience in air quality modelling, action planning, EIA preparation and stakeholder engagement, helping local authorities, industry and communities achieve compliance while improving public health outcomes.
